Once you get close, take Exit 118 for US-29 S toward Barboursville. Merge onto US-29 S and follow the signs for Barboursville. After approximately 30 miles, take the exit for Mansion Rd. Follow Mansion Rd until you reach the Barboursville Ruins, which will be on your left.
