If you are driving from central Whidbey Island, start by heading towards the Deception Pass Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on Highway 20 until you reach I-5 South. Merge onto I-5 South and take Exit 169 for 145th St. Follow signs for 145th St. NW toward Lake Ballinger. Turn right onto 145th St. NW and continue straight, which will merge into 15th Ave NW. Continue on 15th Ave NW until you reach NW Market St, then turn left. Follow Market St to Seaview Ave NW and turn right. Continue on Seaview Ave NW until you arrive at 7001 Seaview Ave NW, the Shilshole Bay Marina will be on your right.

To reach Shilshole Bay Marina using public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop on Whidbey Island. Take the Island Transit bus to the Mukilteo ferry terminal. Once you arrive at Mukilteo, board the ferry to Edmonds. After disembarking, catch Community Transit Route 120 towards Seattle. Get off at the Ballard Market stop on NW Market St. From there, walk west towards Seaview Ave NW, then turn right and follow Seaview Ave NW until you reach 7001 Seaview Ave NW, where Shilshole Bay Marina is located.
