If you are starting from the Harper's Ferry Visitor Center, exit the center and head east on Potomac Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn right onto High Street. Follow High Street until it merges into US-340. Stay on US-340 for about 5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Charles Town Pike, turn left. Continue on Charles Town Pike for approximately 3 miles, and you will find Hillsborough Vineyards & Brewery on your left.

From the Harper's Ferry Visitor Center, rent a bike and head south on Potomac Street, then take a right onto High Street. Follow High Street as it merges into US-340. Keep biking on US-340 for about 5 miles. When you reach Charles Town Pike, make a left turn. Continue biking on Charles Town Pike for around 3 miles until you see Hillsborough Vineyards & Brewery on your left side.
