Public Transit - Bus
Start at the Milwaukee Intermodal Station located at 433 W St Paul Ave. Board the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) Route 30 bus towards 'Oakland & North'. Once on the bus, stay on for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'North Ave & Lake Park Rd' stop. From there, walk north on Lake Park Rd for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Lake Park Waterfall. The waterfall is located within Lake Park, which is a beautiful green space along the shore of Lake Michigan.
Walking
If you are near downtown Milwaukee, walk towards the Milwaukee Riverwalk and head north until you reach E North Ave. Continue walking east towards the lakefront. Once you reach the lake, turn left (north) and walk along the shoreline until you reach Lake Park. Follow the signs for Lake Park Waterfall, which is located in the center of the park. This walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your starting point.
Biking
Rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing programs available in Milwaukee, such as Bublr Bikes. Start at a nearby bike station and head towards the Milwaukee Riverwalk. Follow the river north until you reach the intersection with E North Ave. Turn left and bike east towards the lake. Once you reach the lakefront, turn left (north) and follow the path through Lake Park to Lake Park Waterfall. This route is scenic and should take around 15-20 minutes.
