Getting There

• Public Bus

  From downtown Milwaukee, you can take the Milwaukee County Transit System bus route 30 or 35. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop to your location. If you're at the Milwaukee Intermodal Station, walk to the bus stop on the corner of Michigan St and 6th St. Board the bus heading towards 'Menomonee Valley' and stay on for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop at 'Canal St & 1st St.' From there, walk west on Canal St for about 5 minutes until you reach the Harley-Davidson Museum located at 400 W Canal St.

• Bicycle

  Milwaukee has a bike-friendly infrastructure. If you are near the Milwaukee Riverwalk, you can follow it south toward the Menomonee River. Join the Hank Aaron State Trail, which will lead you toward the Harley-Davidson Museum. Once you reach Canal St, turn right and continue for a block; the museum will be on your left at 400 W Canal St.

  If you are in the area around the Milwaukee Public Market, you can walk to the Harley-Davidson Museum. Head south on N. Water St. until you reach W. Canal St. Turn left on Canal St and walk for about 15-20 minutes. The museum will be on your right at 400 W Canal St. Enjoy the scenery along the way, including views of the river.
