You can board the bus at any stop along this route. Make sure to check the MCTS website or a transit app for the latest schedules and stops. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Zoo Entrance.' After you disembark, you'll be just a short walk from the Milwaukee County Zoo entrance.

Bicycle
For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available in Milwaukee. Start by heading west on W Wells St towards N 27th St. Continue on W Wells St until you reach W Bluemound Rd. Turn left onto W Bluemound Rd and follow it for about 2 miles. The Milwaukee County Zoo will be on your right. There are bike racks available near the entrance for you to secure your bike.

If you are staying nearby, you can take a scenic walk to the zoo. From the Milwaukee Art Museum, head west on E Wells St. Continue along E Wells St until it turns into W Wells St. Follow W Wells St for about 2.5 miles until you reach W Bluemound Rd. Turn left, and you will find the Milwaukee County Zoo on your right after about half a mile. The walk is approximately 45 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the sights along the way.
