If you are already in Downtown Milwaukee, the Milwaukee RiverWalk | Downtown’s East Bank is easily accessible by walking. Start at the intersection of E Wells St and N Water St. Head north on N Water St for about 0.3 miles. You will see signs directing you to the RiverWalk. Continue walking until you reach N Riverwalk Way, where the RiverWalk begins. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!

Public Transit - Bus
You can also take a bus to get closer to the Milwaukee RiverWalk. Look for the Milwaukee County Transit System buses that run through Downtown. The nearest bus stop is at E Wells St & N Water St. From there, take bus route 80, 12, or 30, which will drop you off at the East Water St & N Broadway stop. From the bus stop, walk east toward the RiverWalk, which is just a short walk away (approximately 0.2 miles). A single ride on the bus costs $2.00.
