If you're driving from the town of Worland, head north on US-20/WY-789 for about 24 miles until you reach the intersection with WY-16. Turn left onto WY-16 and continue for approximately 18 miles. When you reach Hyattville, turn right onto County Road 52. Follow this road for a little over 7 miles, and you will arrive at the Medicine Lodge Archaeological Site, located at 4800 Co Rd 52, Hyattville, WY 82428.

If you're coming from Greybull, take WY-37 south for about 20 miles until you reach the junction with US-20. Turn left onto US-20 and continue for about 12 miles. Turn right onto WY-16 and follow the road for roughly 6 miles. When you reach Hyattville, turn right onto County Road 52 and continue for about 7 miles to reach the Medicine Lodge Archaeological Site.
