Continue to follow the signs for the Bighorn National Forest. Once you reach the forest boundary, look for Forest Service Road (FSR) 146. Turn onto FSR 146 and follow it for about 7 miles. The Porcupine Falls Trailhead will be on your right, marked by a sign. Make sure to have a map or GPS device handy as some areas may have limited cell service.
