Beautiful experience, the queue list is a bit too long, about 2 hours, but I understand that we are in August, a time when there is too much crowding and in this case you can only be patient! Prices are good, €7.50 adults while the reduced is €6.50! The only negative note, they should put someone who controls the exit as many smart guys to avoid the big line, enter the exit in order to reduce waiting times and automatically bypass those who maybe have been in line for hours! There should be someone who just stands there to check so as not to let anyone through .. unfortunately common sense remained to a few people! The staff is very nice and today I happened to witness a group of friends who not only entered the exit to do it earlier, but they passed in front of everyone even the bobsleigh ride inventing a trivial excuse with the staff that being too nice made them pass! Fantastic sledging experience and fun for young and old. I recommend going early in the morning as soon as it opens at 10 am because otherwise you could wait even 2/3 hours. Not recommended during bridges. We were there on April 25 and staying overnight at castel mezzano we went on 26 morning. Only 10 minutes in a row. You can also buy more rides without having to queue at the ticket office but going directly to the turnstile. If you want more adrenaline I recommend asking the operator to give you more distance from the other sled otherwise you will not enjoy the I'll ride if you find someone in front who's going slow. Super recommended for adults and children Super courteous and helpful staff
