    My friend & I had the pleasure of exploring Sintra and Cascais with A. Jorge! He was an incredible tour guide - very informative & personable! He made our first visit to Lisbon very memorable. He helped explain every aspect of the tour and provided us with additional information about Portugal. A. Jorge was so welcoming and we got to know him very quickly!     June 14. Friday. The local operator/ driver you sent for excursion at Sintra DID NOT brought us up the castle up hill. Only at the buttom of Sintra. We are all half happy and demand a refund of the cost I paid $165.68. Our BR # 1100017027. Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks

    This tour was amazing! Paulo was a terrific guide and he ensured we learned history of Sintra/Pena Palace and Cascais. I highly recommend this tour.

    The tour was wonderful! Fortunately for us, there were only 2 couples on the tour and we made fast friends with the other couple! Paulo was a great guide, and he was a fount of knowledge regarding the places we visited. Be SURE to buy your tickets for Pena Palace in advance so that you can visit the interior of the palace. We had the tickets but the other couple was only able to visit the exterior (they forgot to buy tickets in advance). I highly recommend this tour.

    Thee views, the castle, the food everything was amazing, Jorg was an amazing tour guide very knowledgeable ans pleasant. Great time in a small group (6) a day well spent!

Sintra is similarly known for its numerous gardens and nature parks, including the Sintra-Cascais Nature Park and the Sintra Mountains. Sintra's most iconic landmarks include the mediaeval Castle of the Moors, the romanticist Pena National Palace and the Portuguese Renaissance Sintra National Palace.
