What to expect
Colosseum
The tour starts at the Colosseum, a masterpiece of Roman engineering and the largest amphitheatre of the ancient world. This enormous arena boasted 80 entrances and had a capacity of more than 50,000 spectators.
Foro Romano
After the Colosseum, you will progress to the Forum, the epicentre of life in Ancient Rome. Around this square are the ruins of the Senate House, the Temple of Vesta, the Temple of Saturn, the Altar of the Divine Julius Caesar, the Temple of Gemini, the Basilica Emilia, the Arch of Septimius Severus and much more.
Palatine Hill
The final stop on the tour will be the Capitoline Hill where the temples of the most important Roman gods were once located. You will also see the stunning square designed by Michelangelo as well as the Statue of Marcus Aurelius.
