    Philippe is the BEST guide! We had the absolute best day with our new friends, who we called our "family." Philippe was really knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting and cracked lots of great jokes along the way. The tour itself was jampacked with lots to see and do, including some places that will always be remembered, like the castle and the western-most point in Europe. The tour was well-organized, timely and efficient. I highly recommend for a fun and easy day trip just out of the Lisbon area.

    We had a wonderful time! Lukas planned the trip so that we were early to the palaces and didn’t have to wait behind a lot of people. He was so funny and gave so much information. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants to see a little more of Portugal and has limited time or anyone who enjoys history and great views! Lukas deserves a raise he truly was amazing!!

    Interesting to have guide in Peña Palace even if he was difficult to understand. Stay in Sintra was too long. There is nothing to see or do there. Not long enough in Cascais.

    We were in Lisbon to celebrate Our wedding anniversary and decided to take this tour. António the Guide was fantastic. He was on time, spoke both languages, patient and very Knowledgeable. If you want a true history experience he's the one. Sintra , Pena Place was like a fairytale. So much to see and unbelievable architecture . António was also a very safe and cautious driver who is lecturing the entire trip . Lots of hills to climb and not moderate hills steep hills so be prepared and wear comfortable shoes. All details given for this tour were accurate and followed precisely. Thank you for a wonderful experience.!!!

    Park and National Palace of Pena

    Start your tour with the journey to Sintra. Visit Pena Park, where you will be amazed by the variety of trails, trees and other plants. Next, feel like Portuguese royalty as you enter the romantic Pena National Palace at the top of Sintra Mountain. See the Great Triton, the guardian of the palace, inspired by Manueline art. Inside the palace, admire the attention to detail in the bedrooms of the king and queen and the Arab Room.

    Centro Historico de Sintra

    Leave the palace and follow your guide to the historical center of Sintra, where you’ll have free time to explore the town, you can visit the Sintra National Palace on your own, where the Portuguese royalty of the 15th and 16th centuries used to spend the summer months (own expense) or have a drink and a snack (own expense). Try a travesseiro or a queijada, two delicious local pastries.

    Cabo da Roca

    Next, admire the landscape of Sintra Natural Park on the way to the next stop. Enjoy a photo opportunity at the cliffs of Roca Cape (Cabo da Roca), the westernmost point of Europe.

    Free time for lunch and to wander around the centre of Cascais, a former fishing village and today a popular holiday spot. Follow your guide through narrow alleyways and see the traditional Portuguese white houses or enjoy some time relaxing at the beach.

    On the drive back to Lisbon where your tour concludes, soak up the scenic views along the Atlantic coast and in the town of Estoril.
