Start from the Mobile Convention Center, located at 1 S Water St. Head north on Water St for about 0.3 miles (approximately a 7-minute walk) until you reach the intersection with Government St. Turn left onto Government St and continue for two blocks until you reach Royal St. Turn right onto Royal St, and the museum will be on your right at 111 S Royal St. It should take around 15 minutes in total.

Head to the nearest bus stop at the Mobile Government Plaza, located at 205 Government St. Take the Route 1 bus (Blue Line) heading towards the Mobile Regional Airport.
