From the center of Saranda, head north towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the north until you reach the Saranda Port. Once you are at the port, look for the ferry terminal where you can catch a ferry to Corfu. The ferry ride to Corfu takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Corfu, disembark and head towards the bus station located near the ferry terminal. Take a local bus that is headed towards Άγιος Ματθαίος. The bus ride will take around 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Άγιος Ματθαίος stop, and from there, it is a short walk to The Governor's Olive Mill, located in the village.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Saranda. Simply tell the driver to take you to The Governor's Olive Mill in Άγιος Ματθαίος.
