If you are near the Metro station 'Khelidia', take the Metro Line 1 (the Red Line) towards 'El Harrach Gare'. Travel for 5 stops and get off at 'El Madania' station. After exiting the station, walk straight until you reach Rue Du Dr Laveran, then turn left. The Museum of Fine Arts will be on your right after a short walk.
