From the main square of Canillo, known as Plaça del Consell, head southeast on Carrer de l'Aiguac until you reach the intersection with Carretera General. Turn left onto Carretera General and walk for about 10 minutes. The Palau de Gel d'Andorra will be on your right at Sant Joan de Caselles, just after the crossroad with Carrer de la Cota. Walking from the Canillo Church (Església de Sant Serni de Canillo) takes approximately 15-20 minutes. No costs are involved.
