From the center of Canillo, begin near the Canillo Church (Església de Sant Serni de Canillo). Head west on Carrer de l'Església towards Carrer de la Font. Turn left onto Carrer de la Font until you reach the main road, Carretera General AD100. Turn right and walk along the Carretera General. Continue for approximately 15-20 minutes. The Palau de Gel d'Andorra will be on your left.

From the center of Canillo, find the local bus stop near the Canillo Church (Església de Sant Serni de Canillo). Take the local bus service that goes towards Palau de Gel d'Andorra. The bus number is usually posted on the schedule at the stop. The ride takes about 5-10 minutes. Get off at the 'Palau de Gel' stop, which is right in front of the complex. A single ticket costs approximately €1.90.
