    If driving from within Grandvalira, head towards the CG-2 road towards Canillo. Once in Canillo, follow signs for Mirador Roc Del Quer, located off the Ctra. de Montaup, AD300. The viewpoint is approximately 6.5 km up the Coll d'Ordino road (CS-240). A large parking area is available on the left before the viewpoint. Parking is free.

    From various points in Grandvalira, take the local bus to Canillo. Check the local bus schedule for times. From Canillo, you can take a bus that goes to the Roc del Quer. Alternatively, a taxi from Canillo to the Mirador costs approximately 5 to 10 Euros. A combined ticket for the Vall del Riu Tibetan bridge costs €19 and includes the bus transfer from the center of Canillo. A single bus ticket costs €1.90.

Along the way, you'll encounter the imposing "Self-generating Structures," a group of totem pole sculptures created in 1991 by Mexican sculptor Jorge Dubon. These sculptures symbolize the human will to confront the immensity of the mountains. The valleys of Montaup and Valira d'Orient stretch out below, vibrant green in summer and glistening white in winter.
