From Cerro Tronador, head north on Route 40 towards San Carlos de Bariloche. After about 30 km, take the exit for Avenida Bustillo towards Llao Llao. Continue on Avenida Bustillo for approximately 25 km. You will pass scenic viewpoints along the way. As you approach Llao Llao, look for signs directing you to the Llao Llao Nature Preserve. The entrance is located at Llao llao, R8401 San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro. There is no entry fee for the nature preserve.
