From San Martín de los Andes, take Route 48 towards the Hua Hum Pass. After a few kilometers, turn left onto the dirt road leading to Mirador Bandurrias. Continue along this road until you reach the parking area, approximately 7 km from the town center. From here, it's a short walk down to the beach at La Islita. Parking costs vary, but expect to pay around $2-5 USD. Access is charged by the community. There are different rates for pedestrians, cars and bicycles.
