Turn south onto Forest Road 300. Continue on this road for approximately 6 miles until you reach the East Fork Horton Creek Trailhead. Park in the designated area. From the trailhead, follow the marked trail for about a mile to reach Horton Springs. The drive may take around 15-20 minutes from central Mogollon Rim.
