Car
From Payson, head east on AZ-260 E for about 18 miles. Look for signs indicating Rim Road (Forest Road 300) and turn right. Continue for approximately 4 miles on Rim Road; the viewpoint will be on your left with a parking area. Note that some sections of Rim Road may be unpaved. Parking is free.

Public Transport & Taxi/Rideshare
Take the Salt River Transit bus from Phoenix to Payson. From Payson, use a taxi or rideshare service (Uber/Lyft) to reach the Mogollon Rim Viewpoint. The taxi ride is approximately 30-40 minutes and costs around $30-$50. Arrange for a return ride, as public transportation does not run directly to the viewpoint.
