    From downtown Phoenix, take the Valley Metro Bus Route 50 towards the Biltmore area. Get off at the 'Biltmore Fashion Park' stop. From there, walk northeast on E Missouri Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach 2400 Biltmore Estates Dr. The Arizona Biltmore Golf Club will be on your left.

    Take the Valley Metro Light Rail from any downtown station towards the direction of Mesa. Get off at the 'Central Ave & Camelback' stop. From there, transfer to Bus Route 44 heading east and get off at the 'Biltmore Fashion Park' stop. Walk northeast on E Missouri Ave for 10 minutes to reach 2400 Biltmore Estates Dr, where the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is located.
