To reach the International Wildlife Museum from downtown Tucson, start at the Ronstadt Transit Center. Take the Sun Tran bus route 1 (West) towards the Tucson Mall. Ride for about 15-20 minutes and get off at the stop at West 29th Street and South 6th Avenue. From there, transfer to bus route 5 (West) towards the Tucson International Airport. Continue on this bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at West Gates Pass Road. Walk approximately 0.5 miles west on Gates Pass Road until you reach the International Wildlife Museum, which will be on your left.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations located around downtown Tucson. Start from the downtown area and head west on Congress Street. Follow Congress Street as it turns into 22nd Street and then take a left turn onto Mission Road. Continue north until you reach Gates Pass Road. Turn right on Gates Pass Road and ride for about 2 miles until you arrive at the International Wildlife Museum, located at 4800 W Gates Pass Rd Boulevard.

For those who enjoy walking, if you are in the nearby neighborhood, you can walk to the International Wildlife Museum. Head west on Gates Pass Road, which is accessible from many residential areas. Follow the road for about 1.5 miles, and you will find the museum on your left at 4800 W Gates Pass Rd Boulevard. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially during warmer months.
