    From the parking area, proceed through the gate and follow the old driveway. The trail will lead you past the remains of an old barn and across the Right Fork of Big Creek. Be prepared to wade across the creek. Continue into the field, heading towards the hill across the Left Fork of Big Creek. Find the opening in the tree line where the old road emerges and cross the Left Fork, which will likely require getting your feet wet. Once across, you'll be in another field. From here, follow the trail into the woods, keeping an eye out for ribbons tied to trees to guide you. The path can be tricky to follow, but generally follows Big Creek.
