If you are downtown Fort Smith, start at the intersection of Garrison Avenue and 2nd Street. Head west on Garrison Avenue until you reach the intersection with 6th Street. Turn left onto 6th Street and continue south until you arrive at the Fort Smith National Historic Site at 301 Parker Avenue. The parking area is located adjacent to the site, accessible from Parker Avenue.

The parking area is right next to the historic site.
