Head south on Central Avenue and follow the signs for the national park. Continue on the park road until you reach the intersection with North Mountain Drive. Turn right onto North Mountain Drive. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles until you reach the Goat Rock Trailhead parking area. There are no entrance fees for the trail itself, but be sure to check for any parking fees that might apply at the trailhead.

Public transportation options in Hot Springs are limited, but you can use the local bus service known as the Hot Springs Transit. You will need to catch the bus from the downtown area to the nearest stop to the national park. Board the bus at any downtown stop and ask the driver for the closest stop to Hot Springs National Park. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the Goat Rock Trailhead. Be prepared for a short hike along park roads to get to the trailhead, as there are no direct public transport routes to Goat Rock Trail.

Starting from the Bathhouse Row, head south on Central Avenue, then take a left on Fountain Street, following the signs that lead into the national park.
