If you're driving from any location in Lake Ouachita, start by getting onto Highway 270. From the central area of Lake Ouachita, head east on Highway 270 towards Mount Ida. Continue on Highway 270 for approximately 20 miles. Once you arrive in Mount Ida, look for the intersection with Highway 27. Turn left onto Highway 27 North and continue for about 2.5 miles. Then, turn right onto Collier Springs Road and follow it for about 1 mile. The Twin Creek Crystal Mine will be on your left, at Collier Springs Rd #177, Mount Ida, AR 71957.
