If you're driving from the main area of Dilijan National Park, head towards the town of Alaverdi. Start by taking the A1 highway north, which will take you directly towards Alaverdi. Public Transportation
From Dilijan, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Alaverdi. Marshrutkas leave from the central bus station in Dilijan. The fare is usually around 1,000 AMD (approximately $2.50).
