Turn left onto Dsegh Street. Follow Dsegh Street as it leads you out of Alaverdi. You will gradually start seeing signs pointing towards the Dsegh village. Keep an eye on the road signs for 'Բարձրաքաշ Սուրբ Գրիգորի վանք' as you walk. The monastery is located approximately 6 kilometers from the town center, so this walk will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Once you reach the village of Dsegh, ask locals for directions to the monastery, as it is a known landmark in the area.

Once you arrive in Dsegh, disembark at the main stop. From there, it is a short walk to the monastery. Head towards the direction of the local school and ask for the direction to 'Բարձրաքաշ Սուրբ Գրիգորի վանք.' The locals are friendly and will guide you. The distance from the bus stop to the monastery is about 1 km, which should take around 15 minutes on foot.
