Getting There

Walking
From the center of Dilijan, head north on Myasnikyan Street towards the intersection with Ashot Yerkat Street. Continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the main road leading out of town. Turn right onto the main road (H-10) and follow it for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass by some scenic landscapes and small shops. Once you reach the intersection with the road to Vardenis, continue straight and follow the signs towards Vardenis. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Surb Hakob on your left. The church is located slightly off the main road, so be prepared to walk a short distance to reach it.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Dilijan bus station, take a local minibus heading towards Vardenis. Buses leave regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Surb Hakob or Vardenis. Once you arrive, walk back along the main road for about 500 meters; the church will be on your left. Look for signs to guide you.
