From Oranjestad, start at the main cruise terminal or the center of the city. Head north on the L.G. Smith Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Caya G.F. Betico Croes. Turn left onto Caya G.F. Betico Croes and follow it until you reach the intersection with the L.G. Smith Boulevard again. Keep going straight as the road will eventually turn into Route 1, leading towards the northern part of the island. As you approach the area around Palm Beach and Noord, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the California Lighthouse. It is located just off Route 1. The total walking distance is approximately 6-7 kilometers, taking about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.
