Car
From Atherton Tablelands, take the Kennedy Highway (State Route 1) towards Cairns. After approximately 35 km, turn left onto the Bruce Highway (State Route 1) heading towards Cairns. Continue for about 12 km, then take the exit for Deeral / Tully (State Route 24). Follow State Route 24 for about 20 km until you reach Deeral. Once in Deeral, turn onto Ross Road. The Frankland Islands & Reef Cruise Jetty is located at 169 Ross Rd, Deeral QLD 4871. There is parking available on-site.

Start by taking a bus from Atherton to Cairns using the local bus service. Once you arrive at Cairns, transfer to a bus that goes to Deeral. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they might vary. Once in Deeral, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km along Ross Road to reach the Frankland Islands & Reef Cruise Jetty at 169 Ross Rd, Deeral QLD 4871. It is advisable to confirm the bus times and routes ahead of your travel.
