From the Byron Bay town center, walk to the Byron Bay Bus Stop located on Jonson Street. Take the bus heading towards Ballina. Ensure you check the bus schedule for the next departure. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes and disembark at the stop for Knockrow. From the bus stop, walk along Hinterland Way for about 10 minutes until you reach Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital at f/419 Hinterland Way.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Byron Bay. Start from the town center and head south on Jonson Street. Continue onto Lawson Street, then turn left onto Bangalow Road. After about 3 kilometers, turn right onto Hinterland Way. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will find the Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital on your left at f/419 Hinterland Way.

If you enjoy walking and the weather is pleasant, you can make your way to the Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital on foot. Start from the Byron Bay town center and head south on Jonson Street until you reach the beach. Follow the beach path leading to the southern headland, then take the road leading to Bangalow Road. Walk along Bangalow Road for about 3 kilometers, and then turn right onto Hinterland Way. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer, and the Wildlife Hospital will be on your left at f/419 Hinterland Way.
