The Goulburn Rail Heritage Centre, situated in Brisbane Grove, is a testament to Australia's rich railway history. As the largest heritage-based operating roundhouse in New South Wales, it offers a unique glimpse into the evolution of rail transport. The centre is located on the grounds of the former Goulburn Railway Workshops, which were added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on April 2, 1999. Visitors can explore an impressive collection of vintage locomotives, carriages, and railway memorabilia. The exhibits meticulously showcase the technological advancements and socio-economic impact of railways in Australia.
