    From Mount Field National Park, head south on Lake Rd towards Gordon River Rd. Continue for about 8 km, then turn left onto Gordon River Rd. After approximately 20 km, merge onto the Lyell Hwy/A10. Follow the A10 for about 12 km until you reach the Derwent Valley region. Look for signs indicating Derwent Valley and follow them into the area. The drive takes around 30-40 minutes, and be aware that there may be some roadworks along the way, so plan for potential delays.
