Getting There

  • Bus

    Start at the Hobart City Bus Station located at 1 Macquarie St, Hobart. Take the bus number 100 towards Eaglehawk Neck. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. After about 10 stops, you will reach the Blowhole Road stop. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk along Blowhole Road to reach the Blow Hole.

    Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Hobart. Start your journey from the city center and head towards the Tasman Highway (A3). Follow the highway for about 40 km, which will take approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at Eaglehawk Neck, turn onto Blowhole Road and bike for about 3 km to reach the Blow Hole.

    Walking to the Blow Hole from Hobart is quite a long trek, approximately 40 km. Start at the Hobart waterfront, head towards the Tasman Highway (A3), and follow the highway.
