If you're driving to Angel by Deborah Halpern in Melbourne, start on the M1 highway. Follow signs for Melbourne and take the exit towards Kings Way. Continue on Kings Way and merge onto St Kilda Road. You'll see the National Gallery of Victoria on your left. The sculpture is located in the garden area of the gallery, which is easily accessible from the street. There is limited street parking nearby, or you can use the parking facilities at the gallery.
