To reach Spit Bridge via public transport, catch a bus from the Sydney CBD. You can take Bus 144 from Circular Quay or Bus 200 from Wynyard Station. Both buses will take you towards Mosman. For a scenic option, take a ferry from Circular Quay to Mosman Bay. Once you arrive at Mosman Bay, transfer to Bus 200 or Bus 144 towards Spit Bridge.
