Train and Bus
Start your journey at Sydney's Central Station. Take the Central Coast & Newcastle Line train towards Newcastle Interchange and disembark at Gosford Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once at Gosford Station, exit the station and find the bus stop for Route 33 or Route 34 (check local schedules for exact times). Board the bus heading towards Woy Woy, and get off at the stop for Cooks Road. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures at 69 Cooks Rd, Glenworth Valley.
