  • Public Transport - Train and Bus

    Start at Central Station in Sydney. Board the T1 North Shore & Western Line train towards Hornsby. Get off at the 'Woy Woy' station. From Woy Woy Station, exit and find the bus stop for Route 66. Take the Route 66 bus towards Pearl Beach. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the stop for 'Mackarel Beach'. Follow the signs to the beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

    Begin your journey at Circular Quay in Sydney. Take the ferry to Palm Beach, which will take around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Palm Beach, walk to the bus stop located near the ferry wharf. Catch the bus Route 199 towards Woy Woy. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop for 'Mackarel Beach'. From there, it’s a brief walk to the beach itself.
