Public Bus
To reach Kamay Botany Bay National Park from the Sydney CBD, you can take bus route 391 from Circular Quay. Board the bus at the bus stop on Alfred Street, just outside the Circular Quay train station. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'La Perouse'. From there, walk along Anzac Parade towards the coast and then turn left onto Henry Head Lane. Follow this road until you reach the park entrance.
Light Rail and Bus
Start at the nearest light rail station, which is Town Hall. Take the light rail to the Randwick stop. From Randwick, transfer to bus route 393 towards La Perouse. Ride the bus until you arrive at the 'La Perouse' stop. Once you disembark, head down Anzac Parade and turn left onto Henry Head Lane. Walk straight until you arrive at Kamay Botany Bay National Park.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or a rideshare service like Uber. Simply enter 'Kamay Botany Bay National Park, 101 Henry Head Lane, La Perouse NSW 2036' as your destination. The drive from Sydney CBD typically takes around 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, renting a bicycle is a fantastic option. You can rent a bike from various bike-sharing services available in Sydney. Start your ride from the CBD, head towards the Barangaroo Reserve, and follow the scenic coastal routes through Bondi to La Perouse. Once you reach La Perouse, navigate to Henry Head Lane, where the park entrance is located.
