Public Transport
From Eisenstadt, make your way to the Eisenstadt train station (Bahnhof Eisenstadt). Take the train towards Wien (Vienna). The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station), exit the train station and head to the U-Bahn (subway) area. Take the U1 line (red line) towards Leopoldau and get off at Stephansplatz station. Transfer to the U2 line (purple line) towards Karlsplatz and get off at Museumsquartier station. From there, it is a short walk to Museumsplatz 1, where the Architekturzentrum Wien is located.

If you are in the center of Eisenstadt, walk to the Eisenstadt train station. Once at the station, follow the directions for the train to Wien as described above. After arriving at Museumsquartier station in Vienna, exit and walk towards Museumsplatz. The Architekturzentrum Wien is located at Museumsplatz 1, which should be clearly signposted.

You can also take a taxi from any location in Eisenstadt directly to the Eisenstadt train station. Once at the station, board a train to Wien Hauptbahnhof. After arriving at Wien Hauptbahnhof, follow the public transport directions provided earlier, or ask your taxi driver to take you directly to Museumsplatz 1 in Vienna if they are familiar with the area.
