From Eisenstadt's main train station (Eisenstadt Bahnhof), take Bus 1 towards 'Eisenstadt, Schloss'. Get off at the stop 'Eisenstadt, Schloss' after approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive, walk towards the main entrance of the Schloss Esterházy, and from there, you can take a train from Eisenstadt to Vienna. The train journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station), transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) Line U1 towards 'Stephansplatz'. Get off at 'Karlsplatz' and transfer to U-Bahn Line U4 towards 'Heiligenstadt'. Get off at 'Karlsplatz', and you will be close to the destination. From there, walk for about 10 minutes to reach Ballhausplatz 2.

If you are in the city center of Eisenstadt, start at the Hauptplatz (Main Square). Walk south towards the Eisenstadt train station. Once you reach the station, follow the instructions for public transport as described above. Alternatively, you can walk to the nearest bus stop (Eisenstadt, Schloss) and take Bus 1 directly to the Schloss Esterházy before taking the train to Vienna.

You can also take a taxi from any location in Eisenstadt to the Eisenstadt train station. Just inform the driver that you want to go to the train station. Upon arrival at the station, follow the public transport instructions to get to Vienna and then to Ballhausplatz 2 as described previously.
