Public Bus
From Eisenstadt city center, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Eisenstadt, Bahnhof'. Take bus number 2 towards 'Heiligenkreuz'. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Disembark at 'Heiligenkreuz, Stift' bus stop. From there, the Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz is a short 5-minute walk. Head southeast on Markgraf-Leopold-Platz, and you will see the abbey on your left.

Walk to the Eisenstadt train station (Eisenstadt, Bahnhof). Take a train towards 'Pottendorf' or 'Wien' and get off at 'Bad Vöslau' station (approximately 10 minutes). From Bad Vöslau, transfer to bus number 1 towards 'Heiligenkreuz'. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at 'Heiligenkreuz, Stift' and walk 5 minutes southeast to reach the Cistercian Abbey.
