From the center of Innere Stadt, head towards the main square, Hauptplatz. Once you reach Hauptplatz, look for the street named Hofgasse. Walk along Hofgasse for about 5-10 minutes. Grazer Burg will be on your left at Hofgasse 15. It's a prominent structure, so it should be easy to spot.

If you prefer to take public transport, find the nearest tram stop in Innere Stadt, such as the 'Jakominiplatz' stop. Board tram line 1 or 7. Travel for one stop to 'Hauptplatz'. From Hauptplatz, exit and walk along Hofgasse for about 5 minutes until you reach Grazer Burg at Hofgasse 15. Note that a single tram ticket costs approximately €2.40.
