Walking
From the main square (Marktplatz) in Hallstatt, start by heading south towards the lakefront. Continue along the promenade until you reach the end of the walkway. Turn left onto the road that leads out of Hallstatt, following signs for Bad Dürrnberg. Walk along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views. You will notice the signs directing you toward Salzwelten Salzburg. After about 15-20 minutes, you will reach Ramsaustraße. The entrance to Salzwelten will be on your left.
Public Bus
From Hallstatt, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Hallstatt Lahn.' Catch the bus number 150 toward Bad Ischl. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. After arriving at the 'Dürrnberg' stop, disembark and walk along Ramsaustraße for about 5 minutes. Salzwelten Salzburg will be on your right. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance for return times.
