If you're starting from the Salzburg Cathedral, head south on Kapitelplatz towards the Domplatz. Continue straight onto the Getreidegasse, a famous shopping street. Walk along Getreidegasse until you reach the junction with Griesgasse. Turn left onto Griesgasse and continue straight. Sternbräu will be on your right at Griesgasse 23.

From Mirabell Palace, exit the palace gardens and head towards the bridge (Makartsteg) across the Salzach River. Cross the bridge and walk straight down the street until you reach the junction with Griesgasse. Turn right onto Griesgasse, and Sternbräu is located at number 23.

If you are near the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station), take bus line 1 or 2 towards 'Salzburg Aigen' or 'Salzburg Mitte'. Get off at the stop 'Sternbräu', and from there, it’s a short walk. Head northeast on Griesgasse, and you will find Sternbräu at number 23.
