Walking
If you are near the Salzburg city center, start at the famous Getreidegasse. Head south towards the Salzach River. Cross the river via the Makartsteg bridge. Once you are across the bridge, continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Staatsbrücke. Turn left onto the Staatsbrücke and walk along the river until you see the signs for Volksgarten. The entrance is located on Hundertwasser Allee.
